Governing Document—The primary document governing University operation is the University Catalog. This will be supplemented by other Policies and Procedures as required.

IIBU Ownership - IIBU is a privately owned institution and ultimate decision-making resides with the ownership of the institution. Ownership appoints a Board of Directors that is responsible for setting overall policy and selecting IIBU Senior Management.
