| Dr. Marinaccio is a Fellow of The Institute for
Independent Business, a not-for-profit research and accreditation
organization committed to helping Small and Medium sized Businesses (SMBs)
address and resolve their individual business problems. In addition, he
is President of Zephyr Consulting Group, an independent business
advisory firm associated with The Institute. Before his association with
The Institute, Dr. Marinaccio had over 30 years experience as a senior
executive and management consultant, working with some of the largest
business enterprises in the country. He has experience in all aspects of
business operations, including: strategic planning, sales and marketing,
finance and accounting, operations management, quality control, human
resource management, facility management, and technology management. He
has planned and executed major downsizing, consolidation, and
re-engineering programs. He has managed large-scale organizations and
projects across local, regional, national, and international venues.
Dr. Marinaccio has B.S., M.B.A., and Ph.D. degrees in Management and Finance. He serves as an Adjunct Professor at several New York based colleges, teaching courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He currently serves as the Chief Academic Officer of IIBU. |

| Following a successful career in international Marketing, Stewart Dickinson joined Bournemouth University as a lecturer in Accounting and finance specializing in teaching mature managers. He was responsible for developing and running the University’s MBA and other postgraduate Management programs. He was a a member of the major University committees responsible for overseeing development of academic programs and maintenance of academic standards and quality. He was a subject reviewer for QAA (the government body responsible for quality and standards in the university sector) and an external examiner and program reviewer for a number of other UK universities. He was responsible for the university’s relationships with overseas universities and traveled widely building partnerships with other universities and recruiting students. Stewart has undertaken a range of consultancy projects both on behalf of the university and as an independent consultant. He is an Associate of the Institute for Independent Business. | |

| Karim Atan is an Associate of The Institute
for Independent Business. He has more than twenty years experience in
the international business. He was responsible for business operations
in Asia Pacific, Middle East and European regions and his work includes
corporate planning, annual business planning, budgetary planning and
control, performance measurement and designing information systems for
internal as well as international applications. He was also involved in
the small and medium sized companies (SMEs) by providing technical
assistance in the business turnaround plan and corporate restructuring.
He successfully guided them to achieve the desired profitability growth.
Karim Atan holds a BSc degree in Control, Instrumentation and Systems Engineering from The City University, London, UK, MSc degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Hertfordshire University, UK, MBA degree from Nottingham Trent University, UK and Certified Diploma in Accounting and Finance(CDipAF) from the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA), UK. He has taught university level courses at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. |

| Professor Crumb is an Associate of the IIB.
He has held executive positions ranging from a Fortune 50 company to a
startup and just about everything in between. He has purchased and sold
existing companies, participated in startups and acted as an advisor to
numerous other companies of various sizes from 16,000 employees to as
few as 1. His contributions to the companies he has advised have been
vital to their success. He has assisted companies in securing needed
financing from as little as $25K to as much as $30M. These funds were
used to secure equipment, computer systems, launch products, and fund a
Leverage Buy Out. He has also mentored senior executives, helping them define and achieve their organizational objectives. One of Dennis’s expertise is aligning corporate objectives with available resources vastly improving the organizations chance for success. Utilizing a planning process called Hoshin Planning; Dennis is able to assist his clients aligning every available resource towards achieving objectives they have defined as critical to their success. Professor Crumb holds Bachelor and Master level degrees in Business. He has taught University level courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. |

| Professor Srivastava has over 40 years of
industry experience in sales & marketing, strategic planning,
communications, public relations and mergers & acquisitions. He is an
Associate of The Institute for Independent Business and is President of
I & C Consulting, an independent business consulting firm that provides
advisory services to small and medium sized businesses in the
commercialization of their products/services and in addressing their
strategic issues. He has worked for IBM in marketing, communications and
sales support functions and has held several executive level positions
at IBM with worldwide responsibility. As an entrepreneur he launched a
small business in CT in partnership, acquired a few companies and helped
commercialize their products. Professor Srivastava has Bachelor level degrees in Science and Electrical Engineering and a Masters level degree in Business from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University. He is an Adjunct Professor at two universities in CT, teaching courses at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. |

| At International Independent Business
University (IIBU) he is the Track Chair of The Business Art of
Operations module of the IIBU’s Master of Business Arts Degree — a
unique program that combines practical experience in consulting with
academic knowledge. At Manchester Business School Worldwide (MBSW) he is the MBA Worldwide E-Facilitator for the Operations Management and Supply Chain Management and Sourcing modules. Also at the Manchester Business School Worldwide (MBSW) Patrick delivers the MBA Supply Chain Management & Sourcing workshops across a variety of MBSW centres worldwide including Manchester, Dubai, Singapore and Malaysia. At Dublin Business School on programs accredited by Liverpool John Moore’s University Patrick has lectured in Operations Management and Project Management at Executive MBA, International level. Patrick was a member of the steering committee set up by the Plastics Industry Association in Ireland, the Irish State Training Authority, the Employer Representative Organisation IBEC, Irish Department of Education and Private Industry in devising a Traineeship Program for the Plastics Industry. He was tasked with providing both practical and academic input on both the design and course development between the Institutes of Technology and the various stakeholders. Patrick’s professional career outside of academia includes 15 years working as a Senior Operations / Director Manager in Ireland and The Netherlands with a cross section of Multinational and Indigenous Manufacturing and Service organisations such as Kao Infosystems, MPO Ireland, Memox BV., Oxigen Environmental Ltd, Millmount Healthcare Ltd and Tech Group Europe. Patrick has been an Accredited Associate of the Institute for Independent Business since September 2007 and through his consultancy firm, Viaduct Business Advisers Ltd, has applied this combination of practical and academic experience to a variety of Small to Medium Enterprises (SME’s). Outside of professional interests, Patrick travels widely, reads widely, enjoys a broad range of sports and enjoys living in Ireland with his family. |

| Professor Vinson is a Fellow of the IIB. He
has more than thirty years experience in management consulting, business
planning, information systems planning, design, construction,
implementation, marketing and sales, and technology support. He has
worked with over 100 companies to plan and implement effective business
management and information solutions. Companies ranged in size from less
than $1 million to more than $33 billion and included both public and
private sector organizations. He has worked in and is familiar with
several business sectors: municipal, county, and state government,
commercial and retail banking, wholesale and distribution, retail,
manufacturing, and oil and gas exploration and production. He has
participated in engagements using a variety of methodologies and
techniques. Professor Vinson holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master Degree in Management. He has taught graduate level courses in Business and Management in several Universities. |

| Professor Villaume is an Associate of the
IIB. Her business and academic life since the 1970s has centered around
Information: how it is utilized, collected, organized and retrieved, as
well as managing many processes associated with the output of that
information to those who need it; specific emphasis on sales of
information products and services to academic, corporate, and government
institutions predominantly in ANZ & SE Asia, in retail, B2B & wholesale
settings. Her Corporate experience includes executive level
responsibilities in Strategy, Sales, IT, and Business Incubation. She
has worked with many small & medium sized enterprises (10 to 100 staff),
and has a wide range of practical business skills. Professor Villaume holds a Graduate Diploma and Master Level Degree i n Communication Management and has taught a variety of University level courses in Information Management |

| Professor Hartnady is a Fellow Associate of the IIB. He has over 30 years general management business experience. Since 1984 his work experience has focused on designing, selling and implementing learning programmes and business improvement projects in a wide variety of businesses in South, Central and East Africa and the UK. Professor Hartnady has delivered change management training impacting strategy and market positioning in many international companies including BP, Shell, Total, DeBeers; DTC (The Diamond Trading Corporation), and the Ford Motor Company inter alia. His areas of specialisation include Strategy [including Wealth & Exit planning / management]; Business Planning; Sales & Marketing; Performance, Quality and Process improvement management. Since joining the IIB in 2003 Professor Hartnady has worked with many small businesses and developed a variety of practical tools and templates to assist Business Advisors in managing projects for change management and business performance improvement, especially covering the fields of business wealth and exit planning and implementation. | |
